Senior Research and Development (R&D) Engineer / R&D Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1.Development of advanced power semiconductor technologies;

2.Design of device, process and mask layout; 

3.TCAD simulation;

4.Process and module development;

5.Wafer processing and foundry management;

6.Patents application

Qualifications:

1.University degree or above in Electronic Engineering or in an appropriate technical discipline i.e. Physics / Materials Science with background in microelectronics / semiconductor devices;

2.Related working experience in the semiconductor industry (for the positions of Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer, fresh graduate will be considered as Engineer);

3.Knowledge in semiconductor devices such as diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, etc. and/or in TCAD simulation, wafer fabrication, electronic packaging and device characterization is definitely a plus.
