Senior Product Development Engineer / Product Development Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1.Management of power semiconductor device products;

2.Defining product specification with sales and customers;

3.Technical advice to sales and customers;

4.Product characterization and qualification;

5.Product documentation; 

6.Product failure analysis.

Qualifications:

1.University degree or above in Electronic Engineering or in an appropriate technical discipline i.e. Physics / Materials Science with background in microelectronics / semiconductor devices;

2.Related working experience in the semiconductor industry (for the positions of Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer, fresh graduate will be considered as Engineer);

3.Knowledge in semiconductor devices (such as diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, etc.) and/or in electronic packaging, device characterization and PCB layout is definitely a plus.
