FAE

Job responsibilities:

1. Pre-sales: A. Provide technical support for power semiconductors of the company's products, provide technical guidance and technical training for customers, and respond to company customer consultations, product training, and on-site technical guidance; B. Provide technical support for the company's sales staff; C. Lead the project design for customers.
2. After-sales: A. Provide customers with after-sales technical services, market guidance, fault analysis and troubleshooting, etc.; B. Feedback market information to R&D personnel.
3. Responsible for the communication and information feedback between the marketing department and R&D, participate in technical training and technical seminars;
4. Collect customer feedback, formulate market requirements, and feed back to the sales department and R&D , Track its progress and market response;
5. Develop related tools including hardware and software work instructions, product manuals and other technical documents;
6. Responsible for the issuance and sorting of related technical documents;
7. Assist the sales department to promote the company's products.

1. Educational requirements: microelectronics, electronics-related majors, bachelor degree or above.
2. Good communication skills, self-learning skills and communication skills. Good oral expression ability, can guide users to deal with common problems through the phone;

Job skills:

1. Good electronic circuit analysis ability, practical experience in power semiconductor applications such as rail transit, aerospace, ship drive, smart grid, new energy, AC frequency conversion, wind power generation, motor drive, automobile and other strong current control;
2. Be proficient in applying electronic technology, have a solid foundation of electronic circuits, and understand commonly used topologies;
3. Be proficient in using drawing software, and be familiar with MOSFET, IGBT and future third-generation semiconductor electronic products;
4. Have a solid foundation in analog circuits, digital circuits, and circuit analysis;
