Application of SJ-MOS and SGT-MOS in LED power supply

In the LED power supply application topology, MOSFET devices of different specifications are often used. In the topology, SJ-MOS devices of 600V~650V can be used for PFC-MOS and LLC-MOS, and SGT-MOS devices of 30V~100V can be used for SR-MOS.
